HOW CUSTOM PAINT BY NUMBERS WORKS:
- Upload the picture you want to transform to a Custom Paint by Number kits. Simply click on the “Upload Image” button and select your photo to upload. Alternatively, you can also email us your photos.
- Our design experts will optimise your picture and turn it into the best possible Paint by Numbers kit that you can paint on.
- You will receive a fully custom-made canvas, full set of acrylic paints, and paintbrushes ready for you to paint straight away!
Designs are available in either horizontal / vertical format based on the picture that you uploaded.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Make sure to read the Photo Selection Guidelines below in selecting a suitable picture.
- Each kit includes free professional editing! Our design experts will optimise the uploaded image and turn it into the best possible Paint by Numbers kit, whilst keeping the design as close as possible to the uploaded image.
- Please allow an additional 1 week for us to produce the Custom Paint by Numbers kits, plus shipping times. It is very labour intensive to edit, design, and produce a custom-made Paint by Numbers!
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order details or photos. Once your order has been put into production, we may not be able to cancel or change your order as a Custom Paint by Numbers kit is made-to-order, especially for you only.
WHAT IF MY PHOTO IS NOT SUITABLE?
Don’t worry. Our design experts will check whether your photo is suitable to turn into a Paint by Numbers. If we believe that a picture is not suitable, we will contact you and let you know. You can just send us another photo at no cost to you.

Our items ship from warehouses overseas (China). We typically prepare and ship your order in 1-3 business days. For custom kits, please allow 3-5 days processing time as these are very labor intensive and crafted only for you.
So how long should you expect in total?
- International Express : from 3 to 4 weeks; often 20 days.
Depending on the location, custom clearances and the traffic of delivery service, the expected time frame to have the orders delivered varies. We strive to get your art tools to you as soon as possible, in fact, sooner than the above stated times whenever we can. We however do not have any control over the speed of shipment by delivery service providers nor the process and time line of custom clearance. Hope you wait patiently.

If you are not satisfied with your product after receiving packages ,you may return it within 10 days of shipment for a PayPal, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.The returned item must be unused, fully functional, undamaged and in its original packaging in resalable condition.
If your item is defective (i.e., ripped canvas/incorrect paint), we'll offer you a replacement free of cost or refund you in full after getting the item back.
If for any reason, your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund, or issue new kits free of charge.
